This is understood as human goals, be they individual or collective in nature.
Since we are an existential human project and intentionality as the gift of human awareness, our way of living is directed towards action, towards goal accomplishment that is deemed towards human needs and satisfaction.
We cannot escape this reality as we wake up every morning.
Thus, one should be aware of his/her goal in the day-to-day engagement be they activities for survival or spiritual ones.
Exercise: Write down five goals in a piece of paper. Eg. Alphabetize files, Clean study table, Update yourself by reading the latest book on magic.
Writing goals as an exercise is an excellent activity because you will be able to review your goals. You will have the chance to go back into it because you have a record of your consciousness at that particular time and intention.
