Changing Behavior

We are all individuals who are deeply conditioned.

We are going to use habituated behavior when it enhances and renews our life.

But when habituated behavior brings us to the brink of perdition what is our logical response?

In the book of Douglas and Douglas, Managing yourself is managing yourtime. Below are some of their ideas.

1. Identify the habit you want to change.

2. Carefully define the new habit you wish to develop.

3. Begin the new behavior as strongly as possible.

4. Never deviate from the behavior until the new habit is firmly established.

5. use opportunity to practice the new behavior.
